A surround of eight (8) old European cut diamonds with a known weight of 1.29 carats (G-H color; VS2 clarity) creates a very feminine look with its scalloped perimeter. The gorgeous sapphire and virtually colorless diamonds, both dated earlier 20th century have been placed into a new 18k yellow gold setting with split shoulders and banded engraving.
Measurements: 5/8 of an inch (1.5 cm) in length north to south on the hand by 1/2 of an inch (1.3 cm) in width and rises 1/4 of an inch (0.6 cm) in height off the finger. Weight of 6.0 grams (3.8 dwt).
Ring Size: US 7-1/4 (UK O; Int. Dia. 17.5; Euro 55 mm; Japan just over 14) and can be sized to fit most. Ring sizing information.
Hallmarks: maker's mark of “PHSN”; 750 (for 18k); mark for London; date letter K for 2009.
Condition: Mount is new. Sapphire is in excellent condition as are diamonds. Sapphire is heat treated.
Date & Origin: Setting is new. Diamonds and sapphire are earlier 20th century and is English in origin.
