Edwardian Ruby & Diamond Heart Ring
All tied up with a diamond-studded silver ribbon is the iconic figural heart which rests upon a bed of silver-topped 18k yellow gold.
Encrusted with a mix of mostly old mine cut and a few single cut diamonds (all ranging in size from about .01 to .04 carats), the center is pierced with a rich red ruby cabochon (3 mm by 3.5 mm). The diamonds, forty-two (42) in all, have a total estimated diamond weight of .70 points. A silken 18k yellow gold band wraps this gift of joy securely around your finger.
