Georgian Gold Day Night Torpedo Earrings
Aspen slopes, fireside nooks, a ravishing outfit and these earrings. Personifying the archetypal shape of the glory days of the 1840s, these 18k yellow gold earrings have the fringe benefit of two looks in one jewel. Superb day night earrings, hollow in construction, they have all the grandeur and glitter of gold without the taxing weight.
Lengthy and sensuous, these earrings are quite dramatic and make a statement without the utterance of a word. All original, the top surmounts retain their back to front ear wires. Finely crafted pierced and open gold work with repoussé detailed swirl, scroll and floral motifs.
