Edwardian Diamond Filigree Bracelet
The Belle Époque…when elegance and fashion became the predominant values of society, the prevailing taste was of delicacy and lightness and the white-on-white color scheme ruled the day.
A classic block link design bracelet assures a luxurious look when paired with delicate threads of lace-like filigree of 18k white gold. Amidst a spider web of precise knife-edges and set within a diamond shape are eleven (11) old European cuts and one (1) old mine cut diamond with a total estimated diamond weight of 1.5 carats, color H-J and VS2-SI clarity. Four (4) of the old European cuts are .05 carats apiece. With engraved sides and an openwork design, many of the parts of this flexible link bracelet were painstakingly created and hand-made.
