Victorian Splendor: Silver Riding Crop Fob

SOLD Item 11072

This antique fob is so quintessentially Victorian that it could be placed within a time capsule to denote that specific era. Cast in the form of a gauntlet-covered hand clasping a riding crop crowned with the head of a dog, the artisan's attention to detail is meticulous from the stitching of the glove to the braiding of the crop. The base of the fob is a brass winding key for a pocket watch.
