Twice the Pleasure: Twin Carnelian Antique Fobs

This matching pair of wonderfully large solid 18k yellow gold Georgian seal fobs would have Coco Chanel sigh with pleasure as she fastens the duo onto her bracelet for her signature look. Later that day she slips the fobs on a chain for a chunky “contemporary” look.

An oval of carnelian has been placed within a precise setting that rims the insert; burnished along the edge it forms a perfectly meticulous rim of solid 18k gold. Please note the clean and simple Georgian scroll design with a multi-loop top bale.

Condition: Excellent; split connection ring is slightly out of round and is slightly splayed at the end.

Measurements: Base measures more than 1-1/8 inches (3 cm) by just shy of 7/8 of an inch (2.1 cm). Each measures more than 1-1/8 inches (3 cm) in height. Each of these antique fobs has a weight of 10.5 grams.
