Pert Vienna Bronze Dog
This charming Victorian era casting is a realistic rendering of some type of pinscher (possible miniature pinscher) or terrier dog. Small and compact, his sleek well-chiseled lines are faithfully reproduced in bronze. White or very light beige in coloration, his alert pointed ears are pink in anticipation as he awaits a favorite a treat. Ever the pest, he wears a narrow collar replete with bell to warn the household cats of his mischievous intentions.
Condition: Very good; minute amount of paint loss to ears, tail, and nose.
Measurements: More than 1 inch (2.7 cm) in height by just shy of 1-1/8 inches (2.9 cm) in length by 3/8 of an inch (1 cm) in width. Has a weight of 14.3 grams.
